Last updated 13 September 2026

1. Scope

This Policy explains how Renko.Bot handles information when you visit renko.bot, contact us, purchase or use our software and applications, or receive related support (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Information we receive

We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message content, order details, support requests, and communications with us. If paid checkout is available, the payment processor may provide transaction status, plan, amount, and limited billing details; we do not need or intend to receive your complete card number.

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical data, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and error or security logs.

3. Self-hosted product data

Our trading software is designed to run on infrastructure you control. Broker or exchange credentials, strategy settings, trades, positions, logs, and account data remain on your server and with the third-party services you connect. The software does not send that data to us as part of its normal operation.

If you voluntarily send logs, screenshots, backups, credentials, or account information in a support request, we will receive what you send. Do not send private keys, secret API keys, passwords, seed phrases, or backup files containing secrets. Revoke any credential you disclose.

4. How we use information

We use information to answer questions, provide and support the Services, process orders, maintain licenses, communicate service or security notices, prevent abuse and fraud, diagnose errors, improve our products, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use broker or exchange account data to manage or trade your account.

5. Local storage, cookies, and analytics

The website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage, including pages viewed, interactions, referring pages, approximate location, and device and browser information. Google Analytics may set or read identifiers and cookies and process this information on our behalf under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use Google Analytics to access your self-hosted bot, brokerage account, exchange account, trading activity, or API keys. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Infrastructure providers may also use essential security mechanisms and retain request logs.

6. When information is shared

We may share information with vendors that help host, secure, sell, deliver, or support the Services, such as hosting, email, payment, and customer-support providers. They may use information only to provide those services to us or as their own notices allow. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including support, transaction, security, tax, accounting, and legal records. Retention periods vary by record and legal requirement. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You remain responsible for securing your self-hosted server and connected accounts.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about our handling of your personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You can also clear the theme preference through your browser's site-data controls.

9. International use and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, where privacy laws may differ. The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version and changing the date above. For privacy questions or requests, contact us or email contact@renko.bot.
